Who is Bath & Biscuits?
My name is Danielle Wilson and I opened Bath & Biscuits in 2009 just 100 yards North of our current location. My salon outgrew the original building and I wanted to offer daycare, training and boarding, so we moved to a much larger building in 2020.
I grew up in a family that love animals. I was always bringing stray animals home, volunteering at local veterinary hospitals or working at the Columbus Zoo.
I attended The Ohio State University to study animal husbandry and then graduated from Columbus State as a Registered Veterinary Technician.
I learned to groom as a RVT and then became certified in both dog and cat grooming. In 2009 I opened Bath & Biscuits to offer quality spa services and premium pet food to the Granville and Licking County area. My Pomeranian, Fia inspires me every day to provide the best for all my furry clients and seek out the safest, most natural way to groom them. I love to groom cats too and help them feel better with clean coats and skin.
I support local animal rescue, including Licking County Humane Society. I also support Ethical Dog Breeders who make it their life's passion to learn about the history of their breed, canine health, genetics and structure.
Our Dream Team of Superstars!
All our groomers are professionally trained and certified. All salon assistants go through our B&B training to assist the groomers. All daycare staff are certified through Dog Handler Academy and assisted by Head Trainer Kristen VanNess. Continuing education is completed throughout the year by all employees. In addition, all employees are Pet CPR and First Aid Certified.
FAQs

On average, we allow for up to two to three hours to complete a full groom, but it does depend on your dogβs coat type, condition, and size. We will always give our customers an estimated collection time and contact them when they are ready for pickup.

All dogs must have current vaccinations against Rabies, Bordetella, and DHLPP. Please note: getting a Bordetella vaccination is not a guarantee your dog wonβt get Bordetella. Your dog will not be admitted into Daycare until we have proof of vaccinations. We will accept titer tests for both Rabies and DHLPP.

It's important to have your puppy groomed as soon as possible so they can get used to and learn to love the grooming experience. We recommend they come in two weeks after they have had all their vaccinations. During their first visit, your puppy will be introduced to the sights, sounds, and smells of the grooming salon ensuring that future visits are stress-free.

Bath & Biscuits requires that all dogs must be spayed or neutered at 8 months of age to receive daycare and boarding services.

First, you must get your pet treated with a spot-on/oral medication. Although there are many over-the-counter medicines available, we would recommend speaking to your vet who will advise the best treatment for your dog. We suggest treating your home, car and anywhere your dog has been to prevent reinfection. If your dog comes into the salon for an appointment with fleas, we will charge a disinfection charge as we will have to treat the salon.
